Hinata opened her eyes to white. She smiled, white was her favorite color. She loved seeing the color. The pair of white eyes that mirrored her own blinked as a smile crossed the face of the man laying across from her.

“Morning,” She murmured.

“Good morning,” Neji responded.

She craned her neck slightly and pecking him on the lips before sitting up.

“Do we tell them this morning?” He wrapped his arms around her waist.

“Tell them?”

“That their precious little powerful Hyuuga heir is on the way?” Neji rested his chin in the crock of her neck.

“No,” Hinata shock her head, “I don’t want then to know until it is absolutely unavoidable. I don’t want them to control every aspect of our child’s life.”

“You know I wouldn’t let them,” Neji said, kissing her temple.

“I know but I want him to have a happy childhood, not like mine or yours.”

Neji shuddered, slightly, “No, definitely not like ours.”

Hinata smiled and slipped out of Neji’s hold, “Time to get ready for the day.”

She grinned as her husband flopped back down onto the bed with a groan. Neji was only this relaxed and free around her. Her was never this comfortable around anyone else, though his comfort around his close, trusted friends came close it still did not match. He was more relaxed than he had been as a kid, he smiled and such but he never acted like this around anyone else.

She walked over to the bed and looked down into his white eyes. She smiled, white would forever be the first thing she saw in the mornings and she loved it. She loved him. Their marrige may have been arranged by the clan for strong blood and a more powerful child, they may have been married to srengthen the ties between the main and family braches but they still loved each other.

And she would forever love the color white.
